Celebrating the International Women's Day: March 8th: Not Just a Day, but 365 Days of Spring

The event kicked off with a speech by Luo Qinghua, the Party Secretary of Jiangte Group, who expressed his heartfelt wishes for all female employees to have a joyful Women's Day. Zhu Xiaojiao, the chairwoman of the Women's Federation, also delivered a sincere speech, offering her blessings and celebrating the wonderful festival alongside all the female staff.

Next, Mr. Luo solemnly announced the official start of the Women's Day games. Hundreds of participating female employees lined up in an orderly manner at various game stations, eager to win honors for their teams and achieve personal glory.

During the games, the female employees of Jiangte showcased a variety of outstanding qualities:

-Courage was their inherent trait. In the blindfolded drumming game, they fearlessly covered their eyes, undeterred by dizziness after spinning in place, and resolutely marched toward the gong, striving to hear the triumphant sound of the strike—just as they bravely face challenges at work.

- Collaboration was their consistent attitude. Whether it was back-to-back ball carrying or face-to-face ball holding, they balanced their bodies while doing their utmost to speed up the relay, fully demonstrating their teamwork in work coordination.

- Perseverance was their inner strength. In the "how many feet" game, team members had to form the required poses in the shortest time, ensuring the number of feet on the ground matched the number of people. Even if mistakes occurred occasionally, they quickly adjusted, never giving up and always persevering to the end.

- Precision was their gentle yet powerful trait. The arrow-throwing game attracted many female employees, who steadily and accurately tossed arrows into the colorful pots within the designated range, showcasing the charm of women's gentle strength and aesthetic grace.

- Competitiveness was their formidable weapon. The childhood game of sandbag tossing became a way for them to release joy on this special day. In the competition, they deftly dodged sandbag attacks, unafraid of pressure or failure, and emerged victorious amidst cheers and applause.

Jiangte Group has over 500 female employees, and regardless of their positions or ages, they all enthusiastically celebrated their festival on March 8th. However, happiness should not be confined to just one day. It is hoped that female employees will strive for progress in their work and move forward courageously in life.
